RESERVATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to reserve an overnight charter. The balance is due at the completion of the trip. If the guest cancels 2 days or less prior to the departure date, the deposit is non-refundable. If the charter is cancelled by Rosa Del Mar Sailing due to weather or vessel concerns, your trip will be re-scheduled within 60 days or the full deposit will be returned. The use of any illegal drug, narcotic or other contraband while on board the vessel is absolutely and unconditionally prohibited. This will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid as well as full liability of the vessel in the event the vessel is siezed.
